Trying to be healthier...starting tomorrow

Today I had the tastiest smoothie for breakfast! I cant think of a good name for it...but here it is:
Ingredients:
-one cup mixed berries
-1 pack sambazon acai pulp frozen packs
-1/2 cup 100 percent pomegranate juice
-1/2 banana
-1 tablespoon cocoa powder
-1 ounce wheat grass
-1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

I love the cocoa in it though the taste is subtle but very yummy!
